Syncing Dropbox Files with WordPress

The plugin provides multiple ways to synchronize your Dropbox files with WordPress. You can manually refresh the File Browser, perform a manual synchronization, or enable automatic synchronization with the PRO version.

1. Refresh Files from the File Browser

You can manually fetch the latest files from Dropbox directly from the File Browser.

Steps

1. Go to WP Admin → Dropbox → File Browser.
2. Click the Refresh button.
3. The plugin will fetch the latest files and folders from your connected Dropbox account.

This method is useful when you want to quickly update the File Browser with the latest changes from Dropbox.

2. Automatic Sync — PRO

The PRO version allows you to automatically synchronize Dropbox files with WordPress using the Auto Sync feature.

Steps

1. Go to WP Admin → Dropbox → Settings.
2. Open the Synchronization tab.
3. Enable Auto Sync.
4. Configure the synchronization settings according to your requirements.
5. Save the settings.

Once enabled, the plugin automatically synchronizes your Dropbox files based on the configured settings.

Note: Automatic synchronization is available only in the PRO version.

3. Manual Sync — PRO

The PRO version also provides a dedicated Manual Sync option. This allows you to synchronize Dropbox files whenever you need, without waiting for the automatic synchronization process.
