How To Add Dropbox Videos and Materials in MasterStudy LMS?

The Easy Dropbox Integration plugin adds Dropbox support to MasterStudy LMS: use a Dropbox file as a lesson’s video, and attach downloadable Dropbox files to a lesson’s materials, right from the Course Builder.

Step 1: Enable the MasterStudy LMS Module

• Go to Settings → Modules → MasterStudy LMS from the Easy Dropbox Integration dashboard and enable it.

Step 2: Open the Course Builder

• Go to MasterStudy LMS → Courses, open a course, and edit (or add) a lesson in the Course Builder.
• Note: save the lesson once before attaching a Dropbox video or file — the Dropbox buttons only activate on an already-saved lesson.

Step 3: Set a Dropbox Video

• In the lesson’s Source type dropdown, select Dropbox.
• Click the Choose from Dropbox button that appears below it.
• Pick a video from your connected Dropbox account — it plays immediately in the lesson preview.
• Click Change Dropbox video at any time to replace it.

Step 4: Add Downloadable Materials

• Next to the lesson’s own Lesson materials field, click Add File from Dropbox.
• Choose one or more files from your connected account.

Step 5: Save & Publish

Publish the course as usual. Enrolled students see the attached files in a Downloads section under the lesson, each with a direct download link.
