• Refunds apply only to purchases made directly from ultraDevs. If you purchased our products or services through a third party, you must refer to their respective refund policies.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• We always reserve the right to decline any refund request at our discretion if we believe the request is not justified or does not comply with our policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Product Malfunction: If our product or service does not function as advertised or has major bugs that hinder its use, we will work to resolve the issue. If a solution cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a refund.
• Non-Delivery: If you have not received access to the purchased product or service due to technical issues or errors on our end.
• Duplicate Purchase: We will refund the duplicate charge if you accidentally purchase the same product twice.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Customization and Development Services: Custom WordPress development, plugin or theme development, or any other custom services are non-refundable once work has begun.
