Mid-Level WordPress Plugin Developer (with ReactJS Experience)

ultraDevs is on the hunt for a Mid-Level WordPress Plugin Developer who also has hands-on experience with ReactJS. If you’re confident in custom plugin development, REST API integration, and love building feature-rich WordPress solutions — we’d love to meet you!

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins from scratch.
• Work with ReactJS to build modern, dynamic plugin interfaces (e.g., Gutenberg blocks, settings pages).
• Integrate with REST APIs and external services.
• Debug, optimize, and improve existing codebases.
• Collaborate closely with our design and frontend teams to implement new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in WordPress plugin development.
• Strong understanding of WordPress core, hooks, filters, and best practices.
• Solid experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Gutenberg block development is a big plus.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and local development tools (e.g., Local, Valet).
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

💡 Nice to Have:

• Experience with WooCommerce and other popular plugins.
• Familiarity with security best practices in plugin development.
• Contribution to WordPress.org plugins/themes is a bonus.
