ultraDevs is on the hunt for a Mid-Level WordPress Plugin Developer who also has hands-on experience with ReactJS. If you’re confident in custom plugin development, REST API integration, and love building feature-rich WordPress solutions — we’d love to meet you!
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins from scratch.
- Work with ReactJS to build modern, dynamic plugin interfaces (e.g., Gutenberg blocks, settings pages).
- Integrate with REST APIs and external services.
- Debug, optimize, and improve existing codebases.
- Collaborate closely with our design and frontend teams to implement new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in WordPress plugin development.
- Strong understanding of WordPress core, hooks, filters, and best practices.
- Solid experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Gutenberg block development is a big plus.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and local development tools (e.g., Local, Valet).
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
💡 Nice to Have:
- Experience with WooCommerce and other popular plugins.
- Familiarity with security best practices in plugin development.
- Contribution to WordPress.org plugins/themes is a bonus.
